Inspired by the Seattle Art Museum’s “Farm to Table: Art, food and Identity in the Age of Impressionism” a special cooking class and dinner menu created by Atrium Kitchen Chef Traci Calderon to pay homage to the work of impressionism artists. Famous food and dining paintings from Monet, Renoir, Morisot, Pissaro and Gauguin are the inspiration behind each thoughtfully curated menu.
