Each dinner features a conversation with market historians while sharing a specially curated meal by Chef Traci Calderon, owner and chef of Atrium Kitchen. This unique dinner series goes beyond learning how to cook and instead highlights seasonal ingredients and the people behind them.

119 years later were doing what the market was created to do: bringing food and people together around the table.
