When: Wednesday, November 20 | 6:00pm-8:30pm

Come join fishmonger Ryan Rector for a hands-on workshop, shuck oysters and clean local uni (sea urchin) at Pike Place Market. Eat your fill of local Washington oysters and uni and learn techniques to do it yourself at home!

We will have an oyster bar set up, light snacks, and all you can eat oysters and uni. Please advise if there are any food allergies.

About the Fishmonger

With 15 years of experience and a family tradition of fishing, being a fishmonger came easily to Ryan. Moving from Alaska to Seattle to attend Design School to avoid the fish industry, Ryan could not deny his love for sea creatures. An avid home chef, Ryan believes there is always more to learn and prides himself on his thirst for knowledge.
