Come join fishmonger Ryan Rector for a hands-on workshop learning how to shop for, fillet and prepare your own whole fish. This class takes the fear out of breaking down a fish, and how to easily cut them into steaks or fillets to be incorporated at home or any professional kitchen. All guests will leave with the fish they cut during class.

A chef-prepared meal will also be served. Please advise if there are any food allergies.

About the Fishmonger

With 15 years experience, and a family tradition of fishing, being a fishmonger came easily to Ryan. Moving from Alaska to Seattle to attend Design School to avoid the fish industry, Ryan could not deny his love for sea creatures. An avid home chef, Ryan believes there is always more to learn, and prides himself on his thirst for knowledge.
